Harsh words from AKP Spokesperson Çelik to İYİ Party Chair Dervişoğlu: 'Irrational approach'

Reacting to Dervişoğlu on his social media account, Çelik used the following expressions:

The remarks made today by İYİ Party Chair Müsavat Dervişoğlu targeting our President are extremely inappropriate and ugly. Throughout his political life, our President has come to every position he has held with the approval of our nation. Questioning our President's commitment to the national will is an irrational approach.

İYİ Party Chair Müsavat Dervişoğlu is directing the words he should be saying to the dark, tutelary mentality in Turkey toward our President with an approach that has lost its political compass. The struggle against the tutelary mentality that trampled on every value belonging to our nation "without fearing God and without being ashamed of the nation" took place thanks to our President's leadership. Precisely for this reason, the struggle against the tutelary mentality in Turkey and the defense of the national will have become identified with our President.

If the İYİ Party Chair wants to construct a real political sentence, he should direct the description of "without fearing God and without being ashamed of the nation" to those who have trampled on every national value and those who have supported them. Questioning our President's commitment to the national will is nothing more than an anti-democratic deviation.
