He burned his wife's lover to death

The incident took place on 28.03.2024 at approximately 15:00 at the address of İnkaya Mh. İlkadım Cd. no:24 in Osmangazi. 

After extinguishing the fire, the 110 emergency teams that responded to the scene discovered a burned body inside the residence, which is believed to belong to an individual named M.Ş. It was learned that the individual named A.V. was transported to the city hospital via 112 due to burn-related injuries sustained in the fire.

While the identification of the body found burned at the scene has not yet been completed, it is believed that the victim is M.Ş., born in 1972.

Meanwhile, security camera footage shows that the individual named A.V., who is currently receiving treatment for his injuries, exited the building shortly before the incident, left a bag in front of the garden gate, and then re-entered the building, at which point an explosion occurred in the building.

Following the explosion, the individual named A.V. was seen running out of the building while on fire; it was determined that the bags left by the individual contained clothing, cleaning supplies, and cigarettes.

According to preliminary information received from the homicide bureau, a message traffic was detected between the wife of the injured A.V., who is in the process of divorce, and the deceased M.Ş., and it was announced that the investigation would proceed with the suspicion that A.V. set the house on fire due to these messages.
