Millions of citizens in Turkey are expressing their reaction against Israel's attacks on Gaza.

Many public institutions, led by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM), have decided to boycott products of Israeli origin. Citizens have also supported this boycott by not purchasing products from companies that support Israel.

BOYCOTT CALL FROM ERBAŞ

President of Religious Affairs Ali Erbaş, in a statement he made in front of Taksim Mosque on October 6, reacted to the occupation and genocide launched by Israel in Gaza and demanded that the attacks be stopped. Reiterating his call for a boycott of Israeli products, Erbaş stated, "Continuing the boycott in all areas is a minimum requirement of being human."

SON-IN-LAW TURNS OUT TO BE REGIONAL DISTRIBUTOR FOR ISRAELI-ORIGIN BRAND

According to a report by Mustafa Bildircin from Birgün newspaper, allegations have surfaced that in the shadow of the boycott calls frequently repeated by Ali Erbaş, his son-in-law has been acting as a regional distributor for two brands of Israeli origin.

It was stated that the petroleum products and automotive company, which is owned by son-in-law Şirinat and was founded in 2007, obtained this distributorship in 2011 and achieved first place in Turkey in 2012.

Furthermore, it was stated that the company holds the "Ambassador club member" title, which the brand has granted to only 69 people worldwide.
