The incident occurred around 13:45 the previous day in Nişantaşı, Şişli. According to allegations, C.B., who was leaving a store on the street, ran after H.A. when he saw him passing by in his car, claiming that H.A. owed him money. When traffic backed up, C.B. jumped onto the car driven by H.A.

HE WAS DRAGGED ON THE HOOD AFTER HOLDING ONTO THE WIPERS

As the driver H.A. accelerated, C.B. held onto the car's windshield wipers and traveled about 30 meters on the hood. During this time, the driver H.A. fired shots from the window with a blank-firing pistol to scare C.B. Despite this, C.B. did not get off the hood and was thrown to the ground when H.A. hit the brakes. C.B., who was thrown to the ground as the wiper broke and was dragged for a few meters, was injured after hitting his head on the ground.

Following the incident, health and police teams were dispatched upon notification. The driver H.A. pulled the car to the side and began waiting for the police teams. C.B., who received initial intervention by health teams, was taken to the hospital by ambulance and placed under treatment. The driver H.A. was taken into custody along with the blank-firing pistol used in the incident and taken to the police station.

DRIVER RELEASED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL

On the other hand, it was learned that C.B. has a criminal record for crimes such as "fraud," "robbery," and "breach of trust." Proceedings were initiated against the detained H.A. for the crimes of "intentional injury," "intentional endangerment of general safety," and "violation of the law on firearms." The individual was released under judicial control at the courthouse where he was referred.
