The National Intelligence Organization (MIT) has neutralized Abdülhamit Kapar, one of the so-called leaders of the terrorist organization PKK, in an operation conducted in the city of Qamishli, Syria.

Kapar, one of the organization's so-called logistics and finance leaders, was neutralized by MIT in an operation in Qamishli.

Kapar, who joined the terrorist organization PKK/KCK in 1992, moved to Syria in 2018 following his activities in Iraq.

It was reported that Kapar, who was on the "green" category of the Ministry of Interior's "Wanted Terrorists" list, organized the 1992 attack on the Taşdelen Gendarmerie Station in the Uludere district of Şırnak, in which 26 soldiers were martyred and 2 soldiers were abducted.
