Her sister's ex-fiancé has turned their lives into a nightmare! 'Do we have to die?'

32-year-old Songül Özker, a mother of 3 residing in the Kıran neighborhood of Samsun's İlkadım district, went to the Samsun Courthouse to file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office, citing that their lives are in danger. Seeking help, Songül Özker said, "My sister, Yeter Özker, broke up with her fiancé, K.B., on August 14—with whom she had set a wedding date—because he subjected her to violence. My sister later left Samsun due to the threats. K.B. held us responsible for their breakup. He has constantly threatened us. He kidnapped my brother, Kurtuluş, in a vehicle and injured him in the head with the butt of a gun. My brother saved his life by jumping out of the vehicle. We have filed criminal complaints against this individual with the police and the prosecutor's office multiple times. He was released after his statement was taken," she said.

"WE HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE FOR 3 MONTHS"

Stating that their lives are not safe and that they have not been able to go outside for 3 months, Songül Özker said, "Despite a protection and restraining order being issued, the individual backed another vehicle into my car in front of my house last night, causing damage. We haven't been able to leave the house for 3 months. I cannot go to work, and my children cannot go to school. Do we have to die for this person to be arrested? I am asking for help from the authorities. I want my voice to be heard. I filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor again today. We want justice," she stated.
