The Hezbollah movement announced that it carried out an attack with a kamikaze unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) on a military tank in northern Israel from southern Lebanon.
In a statement issued by Hezbollah, it was stated that a Merkava-type military tank at the Hadab Yarin position, located on the border line in northern Israel, was struck with a kamikaze UAV with a direct hit.
On the other hand, according to reports from Israeli media, guided missiles launched from Lebanon toward the Israeli settlement of Metula caused fires in agricultural fields.
It was noted that the attack in question occurred during the visit of Amos Hochstein, a senior advisor to US President Joe Biden, to Beirut.
