Holidaymakers are wondering: What will the weather be like during Eid al-Adha?
Temperatures are expected to rise across Turkey throughout Eid al-Adha, with precipitation forecast for some regions.
The General Directorate of Meteorology has announced that a hot and dry weather system will be effective across the country starting from the western parts of Turkey as of tomorrow. Current air temperatures are expected to rise across the entire country, starting from the western regions, and exceed seasonal norms throughout the holiday.

Thunderstorms are expected in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea region and around Ardahan on the eve of the holiday, and in the east of Eastern Anatolia on the first day of the holiday. While no precipitation is expected on the second day of the holiday, it is estimated that precipitation may be seen in the surroundings of Hakkari and Van and the inner parts of the Western Mediterranean on the third day, and in the north and east of Eastern Anatolia on the fourth day.

In major cities such as Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir, and Konya, the weather will generally be partly cloudy and clear on the eve of the holiday and throughout the holiday.
