Horrific incident in Istanbul: Aggressive driver runs over courier he assaulted!

In an incident that occurred at night in Istanbul's Çekmeköy, a dispute broke out between a car driver and a motorcycle courier for unknown reasons. As the verbal argument escalated, the driver got out of the vehicle, assaulted the courier, and knocked him to the ground.

While the courier was on the ground after being struck, the assailant got back into his vehicle and drove over the courier. Citizens who witnessed the moment were left in shock, and it was reported that the assailant sped away from the scene, ignoring warnings from those nearby.

Citizens in the area immediately notified emergency services for the seriously injured courier left on the ground. Paramedics arriving at the scene provided initial intervention. The courier was taken to the hospital and underwent surgery after multiple fractures were detected in his legs. Despite the severe injuries sustained, it was learned that the courier is not in life-threatening condition.

Police teams have begun examining security camera footage from the surrounding area to identify the assailant. While efforts to capture the fleeing suspect continue, a comprehensive investigation into the incident has been launched.
