HSK decision published in the Official Gazette
The decision by the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) regarding the closure of the Devrek and Gökçeada Cadastral Courts and the determination of their judicial districts has been published in the Official Gazette.
With the HSK decision published in the Official Gazette, the Devrek Cadastral Court has been closed and included within the judicial district of the Zonguldak Cadastral Court.
Furthermore, the Gökçeada Cadastral Court has been closed and included within the judicial district of the Çanakkale Cadastral Court.
Under the decision, files currently in the closed courts will be transferred to the cadastral courts to which they have been attached, to continue from their current stage without the need for any further decision.
