Hundreds of kilos of sucuk! They ignored public health and put it on a promotional stand
During inspections in Batman, the sale of 718 kilograms of sucuk of unknown origin was detected at a promotional stand. A fine of 29,235 TL was imposed on the operator, and the sucuk was handed over to municipal police teams for destruction.
The Food Inspection Teams of the Batman Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, acting on a tip-off to the Alo 174 hotline, discovered that 718 kilograms of sucuk of unknown origin were being offered for sale at a promotional stand.
A fine of 29 thousand 235 TL was imposed on the operator, who was found to be selling products of unknown origin during the inspections.
The confiscated sucuk was handed over to municipal police teams to be destroyed.
