Yavuzyılmaz made a striking allegation in a post on his official X account.

Yavuzyılmaz wrote the following:

"I am sharing the documents of President Erdoğan's hypocritical Israel policy!

With the decision taken by the International Court of Arbitration;

Due to illicit oil trade through the Iraq-Turkey Crude Oil Pipeline between May 21, 2014, and September 30, 2018,

I had previously announced that Turkey was ordered to pay a net penalty of 1 billion 471 million dollars to Iraq.

One leg of this dark trade, conducted through the AKP, also extends to Israel!

So, how?

According to articles 637-658 of the Arbitration Court's Final Award;

The reason for the $673 million portion of the penalty imposed on Turkey is;

The sale of oil transported without the permission of the Iraqi Central Government to other countries at a price $5.77 lower than the Iraqi state's oil selling price;

And Turkey's mediation of this irregularity by transporting oil in violation of international agreements.

The court rules that Turkey and the Kurdistan Regional Government must pay the discount amount applied to the 233 million barrels of oil sold at a discount to other countries to the Iraqi Central Government. It imposes a fine of $673 million on each.

So, who is at the top of the list of countries buying this bargain oil?

Israel!

This striking data in the Iraq Energy Institute's 2018 report has been confirmed through the tracking of tanker ships.

So, who is at the helm of Israel and Turkey during this dark commercial relationship?

Benjamin Netanyahu and Tayyip Erdoğan!

The AKP is essentially engaging in the illicit transport of oil through pipelines so that Israel and certain other countries can purchase it cheaply. For this reason, Turkey is being hit with massive fines in arbitration!

Thus, primarily Israel, Greece, and the Greek Cypriot Administration;

Turkey is effectively subsidizing the discount amounts provided to countries that purchase oil transported without the permission of the Iraqi state by paying them as penalties.

Is this what patriotism is!
