İmamoğlu shares photos of political party leaders from court hearings: The nation will win again

Ekrem İmamoğlu, who appeared before a judge in Silivri for the hearing of the Akın Gürlek case, presented his defense there. İmamoğlu, whose photo taken while he was in the courtroom was also released, made a post on the evening of the hearing.

In his post, which included photos from trials where political party leaders were judged, İmamoğlu used the following expressions:

"This country has seen such dark winters. Such pressures, such tyrannies. 

It has seen the recklessness of those who think of themselves as the landlords and the nation as the tenants.

But it never cowered, never feared, never gave up, never took a step back.

If there is a nation, there is democracy; if there is a nation, there is a struggle for rights, law, and justice.

The nation will win again, because the nation is great"
