Institution affiliated with Bursa Metropolitan Municipality raises bread prices
BESAŞ, a subsidiary of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, has raised the price of bread. The 400-gram loaf, previously sold for 7.50 Turkish Lira, is now 12.50 Turkish Lira.
BESAŞ, a subsidiary of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, has implemented a 66 percent price hike on bread. The 400-gram loaf, which was sold for 7.5 lira, will be available for 12.5 lira starting Monday.
The prices for other bread varieties produced by BESAŞ have been set as follows:
"Whole wheat bread 22.5 lira, bran bread 17 lira, rye bread 22.5 lira, wheat germ bread 22.5 lira, sunflower seed bread 25 lira, organic einkorn whole wheat bread 45 lira, whole grain bread 25 lira, oat bread 25 lira, traditional village bread 45 lira, dinner roll 3 lira, bran dinner roll 3 lira, salt-free dinner roll 3 lira, champion bread 7.5 lira, chocolate bread 7.5 lira, and sandwich bread (pack of 3) 10 lira."
