Interior Minister Yerlikaya tests new motorcycles

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya conducted a test ride using the new motorcycles commissioned for the Gendarmerie and Police forces.

7 THOUSAND 204 NEW VEHICLES COMMISSIONED

In a post on social media, Yerlikaya announced that 7 thousand 204 new vehicles were commissioned for the Gendarmerie and Police forces at a ceremony held yesterday.

WILL PROVIDE SPEED AND EFFICIENCY TO SECURITY FORCES

Minister Yerlikaya emphasized that the new motorcycles will provide security units with speed, equipment, and efficiency in preventive public order services, traffic, and the fight against crime. Wishing the vehicles to be beneficial, he said, “Everything is for the peace of our country.”

In his post, which also included footage of the test ride he performed on the motorcycle, Yerlikaya expressed his hope that the new vehicles would be beneficial to the security forces and the nation.
