In a statement issued by the Interior Ministry in Gaza, it was stated: "On the tenth day of Israel's ongoing barbaric attacks against our people in the Gaza Strip, we are warning of a humanitarian and environmental disaster due to the bodies of more than 1,000 martyrs remaining under the rubble of destroyed homes."

ISRAEL-PALESTINE CONFLICT

The Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, launched a comprehensive attack on Israel on the morning of October 7, dubbed "Al-Aqsa Flood."

While thousands of rockets were fired from Gaza toward Israel, Palestinian armed groups raided and seized the Beit Hanoun-Erez Border Crossing on the Gaza-Israel border.

Armed groups then entered settlements inside Israel from there, and the Israeli army launched an attack on the Gaza Strip with dozens of fighter jets.

It was reported that 1,300 Israelis, including 286 soldiers, were killed and 3,436 Israelis were injured in the attacks from Gaza.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that 2,750 people had been killed and 9,700 people injured in Gaza in Israel's attacks.

It was also stated that 58 Palestinians had been killed and approximately 1,250 people injured in attacks by Israeli forces and Jewish settlers in the occupied West Bank.

In addition, 9 journalists in Gaza and 1 in Lebanon lost their lives in Israel's attacks. In the clashes between Hezbollah and the Israeli army on the Lebanon-Israel border in the south of Lebanon since October 8, 3 civilians, 4 Hezbollah militants, and 2 members of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement have been killed so far. 3 Israeli soldiers were also killed in attacks launched from the Lebanese side.
