Investigations into the C-130 crash that martyred 20 of our soldiers have been completed

The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) announced that investigations regarding the C-130 military cargo plane, which crashed on the Georgia-Azerbaijan border after taking off from Azerbaijan, have been completed. The Ministry stated that the accident investigation team has returned to the country.

WRECKAGE PARTS ARE BEING SENT TO KAYSERI

In the statement from the MSB, it was noted, "Our accident/crash investigation team, which completed its examination of the wreckage of our C-130 military cargo plane that crashed on November 11, has returned to our country. The transfer of the wreckage parts to our 2nd Main Maintenance Factory Directorate (Kayseri) is ongoing."

WE LOST 20 OF OUR SOLDIERS

20 of our soldiers were martyred in the plane that took off from Azerbaijan and crashed on the Georgia-Azerbaijan border. The MSB had shared the identities of the martyrs via social media.

Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler said in his condolence message, "Our heroic comrades-in-arms were martyred due to the crash of our C-130 military cargo plane, which had taken off from Azerbaijan to return to our country." Minister Güler added, "On behalf of myself and the members of the Ministry of National Defense, I wish God's mercy upon our heroic martyrs and offer my condolences and patience to their grieving families and our noble nation."
