Call to '112' for the homeless from Istanbul Governor Gül: 'Let no one be left hungry or out in the cold'
Istanbul Governor Davut Gül has asked citizens to report homeless individuals left out in the cold to 112. In his post, Governor Gül stated, "Let no one be left hungry or out in the cold."
Istanbul Governor Davut Gül, stated in a post on his X social media account that the air temperature in Istanbul is 5 degrees, and used the following expressions:
"Our teams are transporting homeless individuals living on the streets to suitable locations. We kindly ask our fellow citizens to report any homeless people they see to 112. Let no one be left hungry or out in the cold."
