Citizens should be cautious and take precautions against potential negative impacts such as flash floods, inundation, lightning, local hail, sudden strong winds, short-term storms, and disruptions to transportation. The weather conditions are dangerous. The predicted meteorological event is not frequently observed. Damage and losses are likely. One must be very cautious and follow current meteorological conditions and forecasts.”
