Istanbul meets snow at the start of the week
With the start of the new week in Istanbul, snow and rain are expected in the city due to a drop in air temperatures.
According to the latest assessments made by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Disaster Coordination Center (AKOM), the city's weather will change significantly in the coming days. On Monday, February 2, sleet is forecast in some parts of the city.
On Tuesday, February 3, when air temperatures are expected to drop further, light snowfall is expected to be effective from time to time.
