İYİ Party Leader Dervişoğlu's 'Speaking Turkey' statement: 'I wonder if I made myself clear?'

High-level statements criticizing the government's current policies, particularly in the economy, have come from the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TÜSİAD).

Emphasizing the rule of law, TÜSİAD executives noted that it is becoming increasingly difficult to bear the costs of the fight against inflation.

Following this move by TÜSİAD, while harsh reactions have come from the government front, opposition parties are also pointing to the accuracy and importance of this statement.

İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu also made a statement on his social media account containing lines about the importance of speaking.

Although Dervişoğlu did not mention the name TÜSİAD in his statement, it was interpreted as a reference to this statement through the expressions he used.

HERE IS DERVİŞOĞLU'S STATEMENT:

Because democracy is nothing to be afraid of, I emphasize a “Speaking Turkey” at every opportunity. 

Turkey must speak.

If it speaks, democracy works.

If democracy works, the law works.

If the law works, there is trust.

If there is trust, investment comes.

If investment comes, prosperity grows.

If prosperity grows;

Both the retiree and the minimum wage earner will be saved from needing "charity (fitre)."
