Joint call from Özgür Özel and Ekrem İmamoğlu

Republican People's Party (CHP) Chairman Özgür Özel made a statement regarding the holiday greeting program to be held tomorrow at his party's Ankara Provincial Headquarters.

Sharing on his social media account, Özel invited citizens to the program and used the following expressions:

“We will not surrender this country to the self-interest calculations of a handful of people. Tomorrow, we will be together, shoulder to shoulder, in front of our Ankara Provincial Headquarters. We invite everyone to the holiday greeting.”

A message regarding the holiday greeting program also came from CHP's imprisoned presidential candidate and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu.

The following statements were included in the post made from the Presidential Candidate Office's X account:

“We are greeting the holiday… I am with you… Even if I am not there in body, I am with you with all my soul, my faith, and my determination. I am with you against the 'dirty seat-grabbing and sharing' alliance. To be there is to be with our nation. Let us continue to fight with high energy and determination for the Republic, democracy, and justice. This struggle is above parties. It is for our future as a nation.”
