Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç met with judges and prosecutors at the Ankara Courthouse Conference Hall. According to DW Türkçe, the judges and prosecutors conveyed their demands regarding their personal rights. 

Responding to a question from DW Türkçe upon leaving the meeting regarding whether there would be a change in the Constitutional Court's authority for retrial—while also recalling the situation of TİP Hatay MP Can Atalay, who continues to be held in prison despite the Constitutional Court's ruling of a rights violation—Tunç said, "There are different opinions regarding the Constitutional Court's authority for retrial. However, there is no study on this matter yet."
