Knife attack on youths heading to a concert: 2 injured!

Two people were injured in Samsun after youths heading to a rap concert were attacked with a screwdriver and a knife.

The incident occurred at Doğupark in the Canik district.

According to the information obtained, Burak Ö. (19) and Alper E. (19), who were going to the concert of rap artist Motive held at the Doğupark Amphitheater with their friends, were attacked with a screwdriver and a knife near the concert area.

Burak Ö. and Alper E., who were left covered in blood, were taken to Gazi State Hospital by ambulance and placed under treatment.

Friends who were with the injured youths during the incident stated that while they were heading to the concert, unidentified individuals in the park asked them, "Why didn't you say hello?" before attacking them with a screwdriver and a knife.

The police have launched an investigation to identify and apprehend the attackers.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
