Lebanese Prime Minister Mikati says they do not want to enter the war

Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati made statements regarding the current agenda on a television channel in Lebanon.

Emphasizing that the priority for Lebanon is the preservation of its security and stability, Mikati, referring to Hezbollah, said, "However, I have not received any assurances from any party regarding developments because the situation is constantly changing."

Stating that Israel must stop its provocative attacks against Hezbollah, Mikati said, "Because Lebanon does not want to enter the war."

WILL HEZBOLLAH GET INVOLVED?

While the Israel-Palestine conflict has turned into a fierce war in the blockaded Gaza Strip, the Israel-Lebanon border has also heated up again. The region has been witnessing mutual attacks between the Israeli army and Lebanon's Hezbollah in recent days.

For the region, where there have been intermittent clashes since Sunday, October 8, experts state that while Lebanon will not enter the war, there is a high probability that Hezbollah will become involved in the Israel-Hamas front.
