Male body found on the city walls: Identity determined!
A male body was found last Sunday on the historic Topkapı walls in Fatih. Following an investigation at the scene, the identity of the body, which was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute, has been determined.
Citizens who saw a motionless male body on the historic Topkapı Walls located near the Fatih Ulubatlı Hasan Junction called the police. The male body, examined by police teams who arrived at the scene, was brought down with the help of the fire department and taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute.

IDENTITY DETERMINED
It was determined that the body, which was found to have been killed by a firearm, belonged to İhsan Çakmak. It was learned that Çakmak had a police record for theft. The police have launched an investigation to catch the killer or killers of İhsan Çakmak.
