The incident occurred on Bestekar Şevki Bey Street in the Kısıklı neighborhood. According to reports, the driver of the vehicle with license plate 34 YH 2837, Fikret Elmas (42), got out of his car after forgetting to pull the handbrake. The unfortunate man was crushed by his vehicle as it rolled downhill.

Upon notification, fire, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Initial examinations by medical personnel confirmed that Elmas had lost his life.

Police and crime scene investigation teams cordoned off the area to conduct an examination. Following the investigation, Elmas's body was placed in a hearse and taken away, while his relatives, who arrived at the scene, were overcome with grief. An investigation into the incident has been launched.
