Man shows adult video to 7-year-old girl at hospital
In Adana, a man identified as Sefa E. allegedly showed an adult video to a 7-year-old girl sitting next to him while waiting for a doctor at a state hospital. Citizens at the hospital noticed the situation, reacted to Sefa E., and beat him.
Sefa E., who went to a hospital in Adana for treatment, sat next to a young girl who was waiting for a doctor's appointment with her family. Sefa E. allegedly opened an adult video on his mobile phone and showed it to the child.
CITIZENS ATTACKED HIM
Those at the hospital who noticed the situation reacted to Sefa E. and beat him. A team from the Seyhan District Police Department rescued Sefa E. from the crowd and took him into custody.
"IT OPENED BY MISTAKE"
In his statement at the police station, Sefa E. said, "It was a video I had watched before. It opened by mistake while I was putting the phone in my pocket. I did not show anything to the child." After his processing, Sefa E. was referred to the courthouse and was released by the court under judicial control conditions.
