According to the preliminary results of a survey conducted by ASAL Research between January 19-22, Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş is 2.1 points ahead of AKP candidate Turgut Altınok.
ASAL Research has released the preliminary results of a survey conducted between January 19-22 regarding the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayoral Election.
The 2,000 participants in the survey were asked, "If the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Election were held this Sunday, which political party would you vote for?"
According to the data obtained, the incumbent Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş is in first place, 2.1 points ahead of AKP candidate Turgut Altınok.
In its statement, ASAL Research noted, "Although Mansur Yavaş is in the lead, we are heading toward a neck-and-neck race."
