In a statement made by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, it was reported that Uğur's mother sent a message to Yavaş on social media saying, "I wish my son with autism could take Mansur Yavaş's place for a few hours this April 23. What do you say, Mr. Mayor, would it be possible? Would you accept giving your office to my son?"
It was stated that Mansur Yavaş replied, "Of course, the seat is Muhammed Uğur's right, we are very happy to know him," and left his official seat to Muhammed Uğur.
It was noted that during the dialogue that took place when Uğur, who came to Yavaş's office with his family, sat in the ABB mayoral seat, Mayor Yavaş said, "These are presidential ties, we chose the same color today." and Muhammed Uğur responded with the words, "I said (I will go to Grandpa Mansur, I will sit in his chair). Thank you, Grandpa Mansur."
