The feedback request sent to customers by the Grand Kartal Hotel, located in Kartalkaya, one of Bolu's major tourism centers, and which became a grave for 78 people, has caused a backlash.

In the "Would you like to rate us? Grand Kartal Hotel" post, the phrases, "As Grand Kartal, we hope your holiday was filled with beautiful and unforgettable memories.

We would be delighted to see you among us again. We wish you a safe and smooth journey home," left people stunned.

"I REALLY CAN'T BELIEVE IT"

One person who shared the hotel management's post on social media with a reproachful tone reacted by saying, "This must be a joke; are you still sending us surveys after what we've been through? I really can't believe it."

A fire broke out at the Grand Kartal Hotel on Tuesday, January 21, at around 03:30. While the fire was brought under control after 11 hours of intensive efforts, 11 people were detained in connection with the incident. As teams completed their work in the area, it was confirmed that 78 people lost their lives in the hotel tragedy.
