The General Directorate of Meteorology reports that, according to the latest assessments, the country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with showers expected across the Marmara region, the Black Sea, the north and east of Eastern Anatolia, and the coastal parts of Adana and Hatay.

The rainfall is expected to be locally heavy in the coastal parts of the Black Sea, as well as in the vicinity of Sakarya, Van, Ağrı, and Bitlis. Dust transport is expected to be observed in the southeast of Eastern Anatolia and the east of Southeastern Anatolia.

MARMARA

The region is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected throughout. Rainfall is expected to be heavy in the vicinity of Sakarya after the afternoon hours. The wind is expected to blow strongly from northern directions (40-70 km/h).
