According to the latest assessments by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with rain and occasional thunderstorms expected in the southern Aegean coast, the Western Mediterranean (excluding Burdur), and the surroundings of Mersin, Karaman, Niğde, and Aksaray. 

The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the coastal parts of Muğla and in the city center and western coasts of Antalya. There is a risk of avalanches in areas with high snow cover in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the north and east of Eastern Anatolia. Haze and occasional fog are expected in the northern and eastern parts during the morning and night hours.
