According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with rain and showers expected in the inner parts of the North Aegean, the inner parts of the Mediterranean, the east of Central Anatolia, the inner parts of the Western Black Sea, the Central Black Sea, the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea, and the surroundings of eastern Balıkesir, Bursa, Çanakkale, Osmaniye, Hatay, Ankara, Çankırı, Karaman, Sinop, Gaziantep, Kilis, and Adıyaman, and sleet and snow expected in the surroundings of Ardahan, Kars, Erzurum, and Hakkari. 

Mist and fog are expected in places in the Marmara and Aegean regions and in the eastern parts during the morning and night hours, with icing and frost expected in the eastern parts. There is an avalanche danger in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and in the north and east of Eastern Anatolia.
