According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM); it is estimated that the country will be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the eastern Marmara, northern Central Anatolia, the Black Sea, northern and eastern Eastern Anatolia, eastern Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Kütahya, Hatay, Kayseri, and Şanlıurfa.

The precipitation, which will generally be in the form of rain and downpours, and sleet and occasional snow in the interior parts of the Black Sea and the northern and eastern parts of Eastern Anatolia, is expected to be locally heavy in the Western Black Sea, the coasts of the Central and Eastern Black Sea, and the surroundings of Sakarya, Artvin, Bitlis, Hakkari, Şırnak, and Siirt.

AIR TEMPERATURE: It is estimated that it will decrease by 3 to 6 degrees in the Black Sea region, with no significant change expected elsewhere.

WIND: It is expected to blow generally from the south and southwest, light to occasionally moderate; from the west and northwest in the eastern Marmara, northern Central Anatolia, and the Black Sea; and from the south and southwest in the eastern part of Eastern Anatolia, blowing strongly and occasionally in the form of a storm (50-70 km/h, locally 90 km/h).

HEAVY PRECIPITATION WARNING: Since precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the Western Black Sea, the coasts of the Central and Eastern Black Sea, and the surroundings of Sakarya, Artvin, Bitlis, Hakkari, Şırnak, and Siirt, it is necessary to be careful and cautious against negative conditions such as flash floods, flooding, local hail, disruptions in transportation, and strong winds during precipitation.

STRONG WIND WARNING: Since the wind is expected to blow strongly and occasionally in the form of a storm (50-70 km/h, locally 90 km/h) from the west and northwest in the eastern Marmara, northern Central Anatolia, and the Black Sea, and from the south and southwest in the eastern part of Eastern Anatolia, it is necessary to be careful and cautious against potential negative conditions.

PROVINCES UNDER YELLOW ALERT: Ağrı, Artvin, Bingöl, Bitlis, Bolu, Çankırı, Erzurum, Giresun, Hakkari, Kars, Kastamonu, Muş, Rize, Sinop, Trabzon, Van, Zonguldak, Bartın, Ardahan, Karabük, and Düzce.

It is estimated to be partly to very cloudy, with rain in the eastern parts. Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Sakarya in the morning hours.
