According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology; the eastern parts of the country and eventually the southern parts are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with intermittent snowfall in the southeast of Eastern Anatolia, and occasional rain and showers in Hatay, the eastern surroundings of Antalya, and the coastal districts of Aydın and Muğla during the night hours.

The precipitation is expected to be heavy in some places in the east of Şırnak and the surroundings of Hakkari.

Icing and frost are expected in Marmara and the inner and eastern parts, along with mist and fog. There is a risk of avalanches in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea region and in the north and east of Eastern Anatolia.

AIR TEMPERATURE: It is estimated that temperatures will rise by 2 to 4 degrees in the northwestern parts, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.

WIND: It is expected to blow generally from the south and southwest, and from northerly directions in the southeastern parts, at light to occasionally moderate strength.

STRONG AND HEAVY SNOWFALL WARNING: Since the precipitation is expected to be heavy in some places in the east of Şırnak and the surroundings of Hakkari, caution and precautions should be taken against negative conditions such as disruptions in transportation, icing, and frost.
