A metrobus accident occurred on the Haliç Bridge in Istanbul. Parts of the barriers, which were scattered onto the D-100 highway after the metrobus heading toward Beylikdüzü crashed into them, damaged vehicles in traffic. Fire and police teams were dispatched to the scene.

LOST CONTROL ON HALİÇ BRIDGE
A metrobus heading toward Beylikdüzü went out of control on the Haliç Bridge after the driver lost control. The vehicle was able to come to a stop after hitting the barriers located on the metrobus line on the bridge.
The barriers, which were dislodged due to the accident, were scattered onto the D-100 highway passing under the bridge. During this time, some vehicles traveling in the direction of Ankara sustained damage.
Work by the fire and police teams, who were dispatched to the scene of the accident upon notification, is ongoing.
