Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu's father has passed away
AKP Antalya Deputy and former Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu has lost his father. Çavuşoğlu shared his father's funeral arrangements on his social media account.
Announcing the news of the passing on his social media account, Çavuşoğlu stated that his father's funeral will be held on Friday, April 18, at 15:00 in Alanya.
The full text of Çavuşoğlu's post is as follows:
"Our precious father Osman Çavuşoğlu has passed away and returned to God.
The funeral of our late father will be laid to rest on Friday, April 18, at 15:00 at the Alanya Türkler Central Cemetery. May he rest in peace. Our condolences to us all."
Former AKP Deputy and independent deputy, one of the founders of the DEVA Party, Mustafa Yeneroğlu, was also among those who conveyed their condolences to Çavuşoğlu.
