Message emphasizing 'judiciary' from MHP's Feti Yıldız! 'A system that is not fair...'
In a post on his X account, MHP's Feti Yıldız stated, "A judicial system that is not fair cannot protect either the individual or the state."
Feti Yıldız, Deputy Chairman of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) responsible for Legal and Election Affairs, made a noteworthy post regarding the judiciary on his social media account.
"A judicial system that is not fair cannot protect either the individual or the state," said Yıldız, who also wished for the recovery of Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ferdi Zeyrek, who was seriously injured after being struck by an electric current, at the end of his message.
Yıldız used the following expressions:
"We are a beautiful nation; when the time comes, we immediately unite. We look out for one another. Let us appreciate this... There can be no state without a nation, and a state that does not take individual freedom as its basis, and whose actions and operations are not open to judicial review, cannot be a state of law. A judicial system that is not fair cannot protect either the individual or the state. A so-called democratization that would leave the state defenseless will not benefit anyone. We grieve together in the face of events, and we pray together.
I wish a speedy recovery to Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mr. Ferdi Zeyrek, who was seriously injured after being struck by an electric current at his home; may God spare him for his children.... I wish him urgent healing."

yeri gelince hemen kenetleniriz. Birbirimize sahip çıkarız.
Bunun kıymetini bilelim...
Milletsiz devlet olamaz,
kişi özgürlüğünü esas almayan ,
eylem ve işlemleri yargı denetime açık olmayan devlet de hukuk devleti olmaz.
Adil olmayan bir yargı sistemi…
