Minister Güler: We have brought the organization's mobility to the point of collapse

According to the statement made by the Ministry of National Defense, Minister Güler held a video conference meeting at the 2nd Border Brigade Command in Çukurca, Hakkari, where he went for the Eid al-Adha holiday accompanied by Chief of General Staff General Metin Gürak, Naval Forces Commander Admiral Ercüment Tatlıoğlu, Land Forces Commander General Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu, and Air Force Commander General Ziya Cemal Kadıoğlu.

In addition to the TSK command echelon, unit commanders from within the country and across the border participated in the meeting chaired by Minister Güler.

Receiving information and giving instructions regarding counter-terrorism operations, Minister Güler expressed the peace and joy of reaching another holiday together.

Stating that holidays are very special days when happiness is increased by sharing, national and spiritual traditions are kept alive, and the spirit of unity and solidarity is strengthened through social cohesion, Güler wished for many more holidays filled with health, peace, and joy.

Drawing attention to the fact that tensions and crises are occurring one after another across the world, especially in Turkey's immediate geography, and that conflicts and wars are emerging, Güler said, "In such a sensitive environment where uncertainties are increasing and risks and threats are becoming multi-dimensional, as the Ministry of National Defense, we are performing our duties with determination and resolve, day and night, for the security and peace of our country and our noble nation. As you know, the issue that our Armed Forces focuses on the most, and spends the most energy and time on, is the fight against terrorism."
