Judicial recess message from Minister Tunç
Making statements on his social media account, Minister Tunç thanked all members of the judiciary and the justice organization for their exceptional efforts in working selflessly to ensure that justice services continue without interruption.
In a statement on his social media account, Tunç noted that the judicial recess, which will begin tomorrow, will continue until September 1, 2025.
Stating that duty courts and prosecutor's offices will continue their operations during the judicial recess, Tunç announced that cases and matters listed under Article 331 of the Criminal Procedure Code, Article 103 of the Code of Civil Procedure, and Article 62 of the Administrative Procedure Code will continue to be heard.
Tunç stated that for matters subject to the judicial recess, if the expiration of time limits set by law falls within the judicial recess, these periods will be considered extended from the day the judicial recess ends by 1 week in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure, 7 days in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code, and 3 days in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code.
Minister Tunç noted the following:
