Ministry of National Defense announces: 1 soldier martyred
According to the statement made by the Ministry of National Defense, Specialist Sergeant Kadir Dingil was martyred as a result of harassment fire by members of the separatist terrorist organization in the Northern Iraq operation region on February 3, 2024.
One of our soldiers has been martyred in the Northern Iraq operation region.
The statement issued by the Ministry of National Defense included the following:
"On February 3, 2024, in the Northern Iraq operation region, our heroic comrade-in-arms, Infantry Specialist Sergeant Kadir DİNGİL, was martyred as a result of harassment fire by members of the separatist terrorist organization, and two of our heroic comrades-in-arms were wounded. Our wounded personnel have been immediately transported to the hospital and their treatment has begun."
