Ministry of National Defense announces sad news: 1 soldier martyred
The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) reported that a soldier was taken to the hospital with a suspected heart attack but could not be saved despite all interventions and has been martyred.

The statement made by the Ministry of National Defense is as follows:
"During the transit activity carried out in the Claw 1-2 Operation Region on September 4, 2024, our heroic comrade-in-arms, Infantry Major Osman AYAN, who was immediately transferred to the hospital with a suspected heart attack and began treatment, could not be saved despite all interventions and has been martyred.
We wish God's mercy upon our dear martyr who lost his life in this incident that has plunged us into deep pain and sorrow, and we extend our condolences and patience to his grieving family, the Turkish Armed Forces, and our noble nation."
