Ministry of National Education announces those eligible for study abroad

Within the scope of the 2024 YLSY Scholarship Program, students who were placed in institutional quotas and completed their documents in full have qualified to pursue postgraduate studies abroad as official scholarship recipients.

Students who have qualified to pursue postgraduate studies abroad as official scholarship recipients will study in 22 different countries on behalf of higher education institutions and public institutions and organizations.

For students who have earned the right to official scholarship status, domestic academic advisors will be appointed by the higher education institutions and public institutions and organizations where they will study. 'Vision and Awareness' training sessions are planned for September 2025 for students who have qualified to pursue postgraduate studies abroad under the 2024 YLSY Scholarship Program with official scholarship status.

Students have been sent abroad by the Ministry of National Education since 1929 in accordance with Law No. 1416 on Students to be Sent to Foreign Countries, in order to meet the needs of higher education institutions for academic staff and the needs of public institutions and organizations for trained human resources.

Candidates who have qualified to pursue postgraduate studies abroad with a Ministry of National Education scholarship under the YLSY program have been announced at https://rebus.meb.gov.tr.
