MIT neutralizes PKK/YPG's so-called leaders in Tel Rifat, Syria

PKK/YPG members Hüseyin Öztürk and Vidan Fate were among those responsible for organizing attacks against Turkish security forces stationed in the Olive Branch Operation area.

Hüseyin Öztürk, who joined the PKK/YPG in 1994, was on MIT's target list for being among those who organized attacks against Turkish security forces in Turkey, Iraq, and Syria.
