Mother kills her 2 children in Ankara
In a horrific incident that took place in Ankara's Keçiören district, a woman killed two of her children and severely injured another.
Serpil A.D., who lives in the Ayvalı neighborhood, suffered a mental breakdown for reasons yet to be determined and cut the wrists of her children A.B.D. (12), A.S.D. (10), and O.A.D. (7) who were in the house.
TEAMS DISPATCHED
Upon notification, numerous police and medical teams were dispatched to the area. Medical teams determined that the children A.S.D. and O.A.D. had lost their lives at the scene. A.B.D. was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
The police investigation into the incident, in which the mother was taken into custody, is ongoing.
