The mother stated, "People are worried about how to keep their pots boiling, and they are worried about April 23 costumes."
While April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day was celebrated with enthusiasm across the country, one mother once again highlighted the economic situation. In a video she posted on her social media account, the mother rebelled, asking, "Is April 23 only a holiday for the rich?"
The mother used the following expressions in the video:
"I wonder, was April 23 gifted only to families who have money? People are worried about how to keep their pots boiling, worried about what to put in their child's lunchbox; and they are worried about April 23 costumes. The children of the wealthy dress up and go out for the show; those who have no money hang their heads and watch."
