The Çanakkale Governor's Office has banned motorcycles, scooters, electric scooters, and motorcycle couriers from traffic until 6:00 PM due to expected heavy rain and thunderstorms in the Bayramiç, Çan, and Yenice districts. The ban on these types of vehicles in these districts is in effect from 8:00 PM on Monday, January 15, 2024, until 6:00 PM on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
The statement indicated that this measure, taken due to adverse weather conditions, is valid in the Bayramiç, Çan, and Yenice districts. However, it was stated that the ban on motorcycles, scooters, electric scooters, and motorcycle couriers has been lifted in the city center and other districts.
