Murat Ongun sounds alarm on election calendar via lawsuits! He warns by giving a date

Murat Ongun, Chairman of the Board of Directors of İBB Medya AŞ, who is involved in the İBB case, argued in a video published on his YouTube account titled "Breaking the Consensus" that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is reapplying methods he believes have yielded results in the past.

Touching upon the impressions he gained during his time in both journalism and consultancy, Ongun said, "The impression I have gained during my time in both journalism and consultancy is this: President Erdoğan definitely reuses a plan that works. He does not deviate from plans that bring victory."

HE DREW ATTENTION TO THE SIMILARITIES BETWEEN THE LEGAL PROCESSES

Ongun claimed that there are similarities between the processes of the "Fool" (Ahmak) lawsuit filed against Ekrem İmamoğlu and the "absolute nullity" (mutlak butlan) lawsuit regarding the CHP congress. Reminding that the verdict in the İmamoğlu case was delivered approximately six months before the election, Ongun stated, "Erdoğan, who likes to play with the plan that brings victory, had the verdict in the Fool Case delivered 6 months before the election. Six months after the verdict in the nullity case corresponds to November 2026."

Arguing that various signs regarding the upcoming period have emerged, Ongun stated that political preparations should be made accordingly. "All strategies should be made as if there are 6 months left until the elections," said Ongun, expressing that no politician would give a rival they have neutralized through the judiciary a long time to recover.
