Naci Görür comments on the earthquake in the Aegean Sea
A 4.3-magnitude earthquake occurred in the Aegean Sea. Prof. Dr. Naci Görür shared information on his social media account, stating that the earthquake fault is related to the North Anatolian Fault (NAF).

A 4.3-magnitude earthquake occurred in the Aegean Sea, off the coast of the Ayvacık district of Çanakkale, at 17:56.
The Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) announced that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 9.02 kilometers.
Commenting on the earthquake on his X account, geoscientist Prof. Dr. Naci Görür said, "This earthquake occurred on a fault zone likely connected to the same system as the fault bordering the gulf to the north."
